In scikit-bio change the name OTU in favor of taxon. See scikit-bio/scikit-bio@c59a775 This commit update the test_api.py according to this new change in scikit-bio. The original bug was reported [here](https://bugs.debian.org/1074302)

Thanks, @eamanu. This change constrains the library to scikit-bio >= 0.6.0, which I'm okay with. Would it be possible to update setup.py and the CI files? |
