Already outdated, Tor binary to 0.4.8.11 and browser to 13.0.15 include important security fixes and latest bug fixes https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/tor/-/raw/main/ChangeLog |

Updates Tor Browser to 13.0.6, which uses 0.4.8.9 binary.
These changes also allow this library to work on Apple Silicon Macs.
