Sorry for replying so late.
Thank you for the PR. But I think that adding any plugin should be handled on the app side, not on the activeadmin_quill_editor component side.
A lot of people probably use the standard rich editor, so having extra plugins included by default in not optimal.

I would prefer a usage example for it instead - in the examples folder.
