It's always great to see another localization for Bluesky! 🌐🦋

Could I ask you to make two small changes to this PR to fully enable the Basque localization:

• Could you add an 'eu', entry here please:

  social-app/app.config.js

  Lines 80 to 81 in 9b5bf05

  	'es',
  	'fi',

• Could you add an eu, entry here please:

  social-app/src/components/hooks/dates.ts

  Lines 17 to 18 in 9b5bf05

  	es,
  	fi,

Also, the devs ask that localization PRs are reviewed by at least one other native speaker. Is there someone you could ask to do that? :)

Thank you so much for your help, this is my first time. I've made the changes you say and I'll talk with a basque collegue to review, but, excuse me for my ignorance, how can he review it or what does he need to do for review it?
