Popover content used to inherit its theme from the context of the Popover "trigger". If used in a dark Band, Popover content would be dark automatically. With this release, Popover content is now appended to end of page and no longer inherits the theme automatically. It defaults to xlight. To change the Popover theme you must manually set the Popover's theme prop (see docs).
