Needed for new openphacts Uniprot->Ensembl linkset. Appears that the Ensembl URIs have changed since last Linkset refresh 2015(?)
I (Randy Kerber) had changed it to 3006 for Open PHACTS because the Docker setup for openphacts was looking for mysql on port 3006. But other users of BridgeDb might be relying on the old default of 3306.

Am assuming that is not a bridgedb version number and should stay as is. |

Merge the ops-2.2 branch into master and phase-out the ops-2.2 branch.
Fixed the missing URI pattern that was preventing load of Uniprot-->Ensembl Linkset during
openphacts v2.2 refresh.
Reverted mysql port back to standard mysql default of 3306.
