?: 이벤트 버블링, 캡처링 3개의 div가 존재한다 - div1 - div2 - div3 캡처링 : div1 > div2 > div3 버블링 : div3 > div2 > div1 once 옵션을 사용해서 한번만 실행하게 할 수 도 있음 IE에서는 once를 지원하지 않음, 다른 모던 브라우저는 전부 지원
