What's new in this PR
Description
Created an info button, which upon being clicked, displays a custom message in a box that preferably gives more information about how to navigate a certain section. To close the message, click outside of the box or press the "x" button at the top right of the box. When calling the tooltip button, enter a custom message, "messagePopUp" and "placement", the direction of where the message should pop up.
