Remove *_matrix_bit_definitions.json

Remove all *_matrix_bit_definitions.json files. These files are not mentioned in mapfile.csv and are duplicates of *_matrix.json. Recent platforms directly release OCR events instead of documenting each offcore response bit individually. Closes intel#103.
