This PR adds multiple patches and optimizations to Forge, as well as a few new features. Most importantly, it:

  • Adds destroy_on_create()
  • Moves rsync, run, start, and stop to get_nlist() instead of manually creating it themselves
  • Does code cleanup
  • Updates dependencies
  • Bumps version (version_bump branch merged into this
  • Adds create_timeout option
