Most of these changes are for later:

a smattering of config files extracted from the currently DSpace backend container, for later use in customizing the backend image before we push it to ECR.
a little script to pull and munge the server.xml config for Tomcat, to add a healthcheck endpoint.
a current pub-dspace-dev.env file with the correct domain for the Solr service.
a fix for the validate_and_push_dotenv_files.sh.
