This change got accidentally committed in an earlier CSS PR. This is just a revert to how the file was before the accidental commit.
As discussed here: cds-snc/notification-api#1150 , main.min.js is a mess (it's not totally related to moment and I should split it out from that card). Basically something is broken when we run
npm run webpackand it's making changes we don't want tomain.min.js
