The CentOS systemd build is very limited, this should enable a ton of systemd modules that are super useful for desktop usage, like systemd-homed, userdbd, timesyncd, (...) that we can use instead of stuff like chrony for example.

Still needs some figuring out. Apparently the hyperscale sig is still working on it
