- ensure timestamps are properly converted from local to remote platform formats
- ensure status is properly converted from local to remote platform formats
- fix update run to use the correct property names and data formats
- remove unused lifecycle_state from run
- clean up, clarify, and correct logging
- disable last-updated checking to ensure all local data gets sync'ed to the remote platform
fix: removed "technical preview" from UI
