When compiling the Swagger-UI the dist directory should not be included in the repository, instead it and all of its content will be created during the compilation. Signed-off-by: Amnon Heiman <[email protected]>

V2 is a pull-rebase with the changes that was noted in the review that that the protocol should not be hard coded in the html.
