Adding an assembly manifest has been manual for as long as I can remember. There are also instructions with screenshots for how to do this here if you are using Visual Studio or if you are not. I will merge this PR anyways, but this change will get wiped out when I finish writing the new documentation (in the |

I spent half day trying to find out where exactly should I make my .NET 6 app SquirrelAware, because it doesn't have app.manifest by default, I think it's important to explain.
