Loadouts - Add 1993 Delta Force Loadout in DCU

When merged this pull request will:

• add usa_1993_cag_dcu_v6.sqf
• fix minor cc modpack version identifier mistakes in README and file names

• Title of this PR uses our standard template Component - Add|Fix|Improve|Change|Make|Remove {changes}.
• Loadouts use standard filename format.
• Loadouts are listed and documented in the respective readme file.

Oh that's the reason for that stuff. I was so confused why it would always do that. Thanks for the heads up.
