About the pull request

With the sandbag conpouch changes PR merged a while back, and going by what most (that i've seen) devs saying about how metal cade gameplay is stinky, I figured I'd offer an alternative

Also adds a singular ammocan IMP backpack to the prep room, resting against the wall by the UA Flag

Tested, Works fine

Remember: something that is self-evident to you might not be to others. Explain your rationale fully, even if you feel it goes without saying. -->

Explain why it's good for the game

Most GM's that I see, and many players, find metal cade gameplay stinky and unfulfilling. With the earlier PR I made addressing this by making sandbags actually useful for fortifications (by letting you actually bring them) I figured it is time to engage in maximum radical change by just axing metals entirely from the garrow to enforce sandbag usage for defenses.

This also means that defensive positions will be more adhoc and much less strong, making marines rely more on welded doors for that movieline/DD-like vibe. (I can even, if need be, make sandbag walls a little weaker). If I did it right, this also gives marines some barbed wire for sandbags for that peak trenchmaxxing sandbag wall vibe

For the ammocan:
I think a single marine in the platoon being able to be a proper dedicated ammobearer is a role we never get to use much, even with how often GM's like to bleed us dry on ammo. This lets a marine forego a backpack in lieu of a more supporting role as "guy hauling the majority of our ammo" instead of just leaving unattended magazine cases in the dropship, or having to carry them by hand. I might make a seperate PR to balance-adjust how many cans this backpack can carry, down the line.
