composer json errors

this is not an update, just an error in the composer json a new plugin is in the making (contao 4 and 5)

Update forecast.io to dark sky

Forecast.io no longer is called Forecast.io => Dark Sky with new Domain darksky.net.
Added insertTags for weather using id or title. {{weatherg:: WEATHER-ID }} {{weathergBt:: WEATHER-TITLE}}
