When hiding/revealing the browser chrome on mobile browsers, the viewport height changes. Use `lvh` unit when supported to prevent stand-alone elements from jumping to an updated position. Upgrade `postcss-calc` to prevent "Unrecognized text" error. REDMINE-20192
