PR contains two changes

The main idea behind Run Codex page is to provide users a very basic understanding about how to run Codex step-by step.
Also, as we experimented, we can run Codex in a lot of different ways like using the binary, or Docker or even Kubernetes.
A comprehensive information with examples can be very useful for Administrators/Engineers.
Part of the information was copied from the
nim-codex/README.mddocument and we can cleanup it as well as a part of codex-storage/nim-codex#893.
