feat: Add basic statistics page with weapon information for factions

Opening for visibility, still needs work before merging (if this is even the direction you guys want to go in). This PR adds:

• A basic statistics section (only accessible via the header in dev) with a table for each faction listing all weapons and their accuracy. This isn't meant to be something final, just as an example using the normalized weapon data
• Weapon data normalizing logic + tests
• Lots of types (some very rough, will have to remove the irrelevant ones before merging)
