The `frameborder` of the `iframe` element is deprecated. The width should be specified in CSS instead. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe#frameborder

This PR updates the
iframeelement of the DataLad-Registry talk with up-to-date HTML and sets the cursor for the element topointer, so to signal the element is interactive/expandable (this is especially needed in Chrome).
