not able to figure out why this test is breaking

I get:
org.opencds.cqf.cql.engine.exception.CqlException: Error evaluating expression CT Colonography Performed: class ca.uhn.fhir.rest.param.ReferenceParam cannot be cast to class ca.uhn.fhir.rest.param.UriParam
But can't find any Reference Parameter in the CT Colonography Performed Measure
