With a growing list of integrations to be validated, this patch attempts to improve coherency, better discriminating between different topic domains by prefixing the corresponding GHA workflow recipe files, using:
dataframe-framework-lang-ml-stack-testing-Unfortunately, we can't use subdirectories for that purpose.
Status
The total count on integration tests is 41. Just one more!
