Set of simulation scripts to calibrate the t-RBC model with hierarchical Bayesian inference.
- inference: directory containing the tools to perform the Bayesian inference.
- packages: additional python packages used for the simulations.
- posterior: samples obtained from the inference, stored in csv files.
- validation: simulation scripts and post-processed results of the simulations in csv file.
