Use Case Description

Related to HTML-5 API Playback,

1. Attempt to attach a new SourceBuffer after removing an existing one that had initialization data has been reported to cause problems [4].

2. In absence of an efficient way to add a new stream with potentially differing codec and timeline discontinuity (e.g. on a Period boundary), the switching to a new period e.g. an inserted Ad is not sufficiently smooth for a satisfactory user experience.
