• In scope - Protocol/containers - DASH, HLS, CMAF, WebRTC, LL/ULL live streaming options (smooth streaming?)
• Transport - HTTP, QUIC (replacement for tcp - http supported)
• QUIC for non-http, push spec
• Sampling - smart alignment of whole sessions
  • Arbitrary samples at the request flow level don't need protocol support
  • Coordinated traces across points in the request flow
  • Request or session-based alignment
  • All sessions get a sample number, each node decides what to do
