Added multiline support in server response.
The response codes 220 and 250 can be followed by a '-' sign to indicate a multiline response.
Since this is to be seen in one big response I added a loop continuing over the response lines if a '-' is found (or until the final line) in
ServerPrivate::parseResponseCode(int expectedCode, Server::SmtpError defaultError, QByteArray *responseMessage)
I tested it against different mailservers and it solves our issue #113
