Restraining the action of apt during the installation of Setzer you indicated on Salsa is a detail worth to retain as such, and to indicate explicitly on GitHub's landing page of Setzer.

A complementary badge by repology was added, which updates automatically multiple times a day. It equally would equally add/update an entry of Setzer to Debian 12 backports (if you consider doing so); see the example of markdownlint in a branch of mine. It then only is personal preference for the multi-column layout over the default "water fall" (e.g., markdownlint's layout).

As checked in Xubuntu 22.04 LTS Jammy Jellyfish, the installation
details for Debian apply equally well in Ubuntu, too.

The installation of Setzer with a package manager can substitute
an already present setup of TeX (e.g., MiKTeX) by TeX-Live. Often,
the later requires more storage, too. Hence the addition of
a note how to constrain for instance apt.

Markdownlint[1] suggested a couple of improvements to the
README.md file. Most of them are implemented; a notable
systematic exception however is MD013/line length.

For better visual appearance on Setzer's landing page on GitHub,
a shell block was edited.

A constrain to e.g., 80 characters maximum per line (markdownlint's adjustable check criterion MD013, see here) was not applied to the .md file. This is intentional (though it accounts for 11 out of 17 remaining points the syntax checker identifies) because it can affect the preferred workflow / organization of terminals open, etc. If deemed useful by you, I could fold the .md accordingly in a subsequent commit to be added to the present PR.
