  • this allows the generation of a full docker env for py4cytsocape and RCy3 parallel development and testing.
  • improved dependencies in agreement with clean state installation in the docker env.
  • py4cytoscape_utils.py now first checks for the environment variable DEFAULT_BASE_URL` and only when not found defaults to http://127.0.0.....
