BASE_BRANCHES is not a param of the automerge-sync-pr workflow.

BASE_BRANCHES is not a param of the automerge-sync-pr workflow.

Sry I don't get it, formerly the workflow was for auto merge change from main to unstable,exp.., thus I assume it also needs to be modified since those two branches are planned to deprecate.
