Hi,
This will allow a user to reopen a closed conversation.
Testing instructions:
Log in as a Teacher and access a course on one browser,
Log in as a Student and access the same course on another browser,
As the Student, open a new conversation,
As the Teacher, receive the notification and access the conversation,
As the Student, Close the conversation,
As the Teacher, click on 'Reopen' to open the conversation again.
