@jakemac53, see dart-lang/core#2 (comment) and sigurdm#1 (this PR was opened against a fork so I couldn't just push an additional commit directly to it).

Generally, we close dormant PRs (w/ an appropriate message) and transfer issues (w/ a new package label applied). See https://github.com/dart-lang/tools and https://github.com/dart-lang/labs.
