Release v1.0.3: with frequency configuration scripts.

This release include scripts that allow to set up frequency.
Update firmware to the latest and then you can run set-freq-* to choose update frequency.
Updates 86Hz are exactly as stock receiver, update 100Hz is little higher and still compatible with stock firmware.
If you want to use 133Hz update rate you need to update sensors firmware.

WARNING: Use Gateway 2.1.5 during installation/configuration as next versions are not compatible. You can update after receiver is configured to any version you want.

Now it is possible to pair the receiver via Kat Gateway software from scratch to use as replacement device.
