Summary
aggregateAcrossEntities endpoint should allow for arbitrary aggregation on any index fields that are valid. This PR enables that behavior, removing a filter that is used when custom facets are provided which requires that the facet is marked as "addToFilters" in the searchable annotation, which really should be used for providing the default set of facets that are generated when none are explicitly requested.
