docs: correct broken doc links #9137

This PR adds corrections to some of the broken links found in docs website.

Checklist

  • The PR conforms to DataHub's Contributing Guideline (particularly Commit Message Format)

  • Docs related to the changes have been added/updated (if applicable). If a new feature has been added a Usage Guide has been added for the same.

Seems like this PR should be force-merged since some of the requires CIs are not triggered. @hsheth2
