This is the initial release of the decred libwallet. In the beginning this was at the heart of decred android and ios wallets when they were run by radeah group. It was updated by @itswisdomagain and was repurposed for ltc, dcr, and btc. For this release ltc and btc functionality has been ripped out. The main purpose of this library at the moment is to be used with cgo to make a c library to be used in cake wallet.
