Some PRs in the sidebar list GH users as Reviewers who are not a repo Collaborator.

It seems the Organization might benefit from assigning a Collaborator to review PRs.

Such Collaborator only would then be listed as approving an individual PR.

Were write authority also granted that Collaborator could close PRs or mark them as Spam.

Case in point regarding my previous comment.

The GH user @redhatHameed is neither an Organization Member nor as a repo Collaborator.

The GH user @redhatHameed has opened zero Issues or Pull Requests, had a PR been merged that GH user might have been designated as a repo Contributor, however they are recorded herein as having approved this PR.
