When enabling dev container in project with yamllint enabled, yamllint reports errors on some of the dev container template files.

Fixed yamllint error including:

  • warning missing document start "---" (document-start)
  • error wrong indentation: expected 4 but found 5 (indentation)
  • error trailing spaces (trailing-spaces)
  • error no new line character at the end of file (new-line-at-end-of-file)
  • warning truthy value should be one of [false, true] (truthy)

But excluded following lint errors:

@microsoft-github-policy-service agree

Fixed yamllint error excluding following rules.
- line-length: Default limit 80 is too small
- comments-indentation: This rule is being discussed at adrienverge/yamllint#141 and adrienverge/yamllint#384

Previous test run failure on typescript-node was related to firebase/firebase-admin-node#2512, and I believe this is fixed by DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#69231.

I could not reproduce failure on universal. Test on my machine runs without failure.

Looping in @joshspicer for another set of eyes.

If we decide to merge this, you'd need to bump patch versions for all the updated Templates.
