5.- Value Stream Mapping:
a) Non-value-added activities.
b) Bottlenecks and delays (e.g., waiting for approvals or feedback)
c) Reducing handoffs.
d) Streamlining communication and governace
5.- Leadership is aligned on using Value Stream Mapping to optimize value delivery and supports the scaling effort.
6.- Onboard teams to the POM structure, roles, and processes.
