Roadmap Milestones:
1.- Define the strategic objectives for scaling the POM
2.- The team POM has a clear understanding what success looks like for oss.
3.- Conduct a deep analysis of our existing product operational model.
a)Product teams: How are teams structured?
b) Governace: How the teams will be reporting at scale? Produkt eier, Gruppe Leder, Portfolio, Verdistrøm ansvarlig?
4.- Decision making and authority (mapping and suggesting)
5.- Value Stream Mapping:
a) Non-value-added activities.
b) Bottlenecks and delays (e.g., waiting for approvals or feedback)
c) Reducing handoffs.
d) Streamlining communication and governace
5.- Leadership is aligned on using Value Stream Mapping to optimize value delivery and supports the scaling effort.
6.- Onboard teams to the POM structure, roles, and processes.
7.- Cross team Syncronization and mechanism analysis and improvement
