ARM64 version of 2.4.9

This is not a source of v2.4.9.
It is an attempt to create a link to the image available here:

To pull it, just run

docker pull ghcr.io/diyoyo/neodash:2.4.9-arm

This image of neodash was built for arm64 using the legacy instructions available on the official website:

Now you can run the latest versions of NeoDash on RaspberryPi or any other ARM-based device.
