The issue described in the PR for common/sampling/test_sampling.py::test_global_uniform_negative_sampling was observed in Python 3.10.

Line 3310: E       AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'exceptions'
Line 3312: /usr/local/lib/python3.10/dist-packages/numpy/__init__.py:320: AttributeError

However, this problem does not appear in Python 3.12.
