• Fixed issues with Steem forks where cli_wallet was unable to recognize the chain-id of a chain other than Steem.
• Removed Jackson, Jefferson, Kennedy and Franklin Test/Dev networks until next release.
• Fixed hardfork 9 issue, with accounts that didn't exist that were compromised on Steem's network.
• Updated account_by_key plugin to reflect the public init key for the INIT_MINER account.
• 0.19.6 included binaries now reflect RPC port 1776, needed for cli_wallet to automatically start without the "-s" option.
• Added INIT_SUPPLY of 250,000,000 BEX
• Will commit network seeds in the next commit and will be included in this release shortly, if not already here.
