Need an interpreter to translate Russian manual into English

We are searching a technical expert who know well both Russian and English to translate our updated tutorial: https://safezone.cc/threads/25184/

As a start point you can take old English tutorial, available at BC.

Unfortunately, working under translation the manual has been cancelled due to the absence of interpreter's time :(
