Does this really fix the cause of #364? I remember that in versions after the "fix", the Show Desktop tooltip would sometimes appear.

Oh, I meant this bug: dotnet/wpf#7561
Because it activates the window and thus the control that previously had the focus, as when you click the Show Desktop button, the tooltip appears after it is activated when the DPI changes.
