This is a simple dll which will hook the debug print function that was compiled out of Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance PC release.
This dll will spawn a new console window to display the debug messages.
Inject the dll in whichever manner you wish, for simple usage with Cheat Engine... attach MGS2 process -> memory viewer -> tools -> Inject DLL
