Transferring chat to another agent

If you want to transfer the chat to another agent do the following:

  1. From the desired chat session type: /transfer agent-name

  2. If agent-name is valid and the agent is online, they will automatically receive the chat request.

  3. The new agent will be able to see the conversation from the beginning and the visitor will be notified that their chat session was transferred to agent-name.

  4. You'll be notified that the chat was transferred and the chat will disappear after two seconds.
