Mbtrnpp: Added options to set the TRN search area on the command line and in
cfg files. Fixed wrapper script mbtrnpp.sh so that the number of cycles
to be used is set correction.

Mbm_trnplot: Fixed plotting macro to work with the current mbtrnpp output.

Mbgrd2octree: Recast program that translates a topography grid in a projected
coordinate system (like UTM) into a TRN octree model. This program now used
MB-System-like arguments, e.g. mbgrd2octree --input=grid --output=octree

Mbgrdtilemaker: Added new program to generate a tileset of octrees for TRN from a
reference grid in a projected coordinate system (like UTM). This tileset can be
used by mbtrnpp.
