RIHA beta release

Main changes covered in the Beta release:

• The frontend and backend modules are separate
• Frontend module interacts with RIHA-Producer and RIHA-Browser APIs
• Frontend module acts as the only gateway for all human users

Finished user stories:

• as the end user I can see the home page
• as the owner of an infosystem I can see descriptions of my organisation's infosystems
• as the owner of an infosystem I can change the descriptions of my organisation's infosystems
• as the owner of an infosystem I can add a new description of my infosystem
• as the owner of an infosystem my data is stored securely in a database (RIHA-Storage) instead of a file
• as the owner of an infosystem I can add details to my infosystem:
  • I can add which data is stored in my infosystem with 10 phrases
  • I can add web links to technical documents
  • I can add web links to legislative documents
  • I can add categories
  • I can add the status of my infosystem
  • I can add the homepage of my infosystem
  • I can add the developing status of my infosystem
  • I can add the time when my infosystem was integrated with the X-road
• as the owner of an infosystem I can see details of my infosystem in a structured form
